At REYHER, producer of screws, SSI Schäfer installed an additional high bay warehouse whose logistics concept enables the automated management, storage, and shipping preparation for over 60,000 available individual positions.

25,000 customer-specific positions alone for more than 8,000 customers.

The number of 42,000 existing pallet storage locations was increased to 78,000, and hence, external warehouses were no longer necessary.

Consequently, more than 2,000 orders with up to 12,000 positions can be executed every day.
